Clients engaging our services agree to:
Upon engagement, RankrSEO will assign a dedicated account manager and SEO strategist to your project. We provide monthly performance reports detailing keyword movements, organic traffic metrics, technical improvements implemented, and strategic recommendations for the following month. Clients receive access to a shared reporting dashboard with real-time tracking of key performance indicators relevant to their specific goals. Service delivery timelines begin once both parties have signed the Service Agreement and the initial payment has been received.

Clients may cancel their Service Agreement with 30 days written notice sent to rankrseo@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, RankrSEO will deliver all work completed up to the effective termination date, including any reports, documentation, analyses, and deliverables produced during the engagement. Any unpaid fees for work already performed remain due and payable. Prepaid retainers or fees covering the period following the effective cancellation date will be refunded on a prorated basis. RankrSEO reserves the right to terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice if client communications, cooperation, or payments become materially delinquent.
RankrSEO provides SEO services based on industry best practices and current search engine algorithms. However, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or results, as search engines frequently update their algorithms. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client will receive all work completed up to the termination date. Any unpaid fees remain due.
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that search engine rankings will improve as a result of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
